No more than three miles from eligible intersection
Provide fuel, oil, tire repair (or information on tire repair in the area), air, and free water for vehicles
Must have modern public restrooms
Offer free drinking water and cups
Open 16 hours a day, seven days a week

FOOD

No more than three miles from eligible intersection
Must have permit from State Board of Health
Indoor permanent seating for 20 adults provided
Have a menu conspicuously displayed for patrons
Have hours of operation conspicuously displayed for visitors entering the business
Be open 12 hours a day, six days a week, starting at 7am

LODGE

No more than three miles from eligible intersection
Must have permit from State Board of Health
Provide 10 or more rooms for rent
Provide off-street parking for each room
Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week

CAMPING

No more than 15 miles from eligible intersection
Must have permit from State Board of Health
Have 10 or more camping units

HOSPITAL

Must provide continuous public emergency care
Have medical doctor on duty at all times
Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week
